CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QC Life) - DeMayo Law Offices is helping raise awareness about the real dangers of impaired and reckless driving through its Arrive Alive Scholarship, created in response to the serious injuries and deaths that too often involve teenagers.
The scholarship encourages local high school students to submit an application focused on making smart, safe choices behind the wheel, like not drinking and driving, not texting and driving, and being the friend who speaks up to stop someone from taking a dangerous risk. The goal is simple: help students get home safely and influence others to do the same.
To help ease the cost of continuing education, DeMayo Law Offices is awarding ten $5,000 scholarships to eligible local high school seniors. Students can download the application from the DeMayo website or get it directly at their school. The deadline to apply is Friday, April 3rd.
