CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QC Life) - Founded by Vianey Soetanto and Vincent, Culture Palette was born out of a meaningful search for connection. Three years ago, inspired by conversations about traditional Indonesian Batik with her future mother-in-law, Vianey booked a session in Ebru—the centuries-old Turkish art of water marbling—discovering a rare, shared creative bond that neither had experienced before. Today, alongside Setu Raval and the Culture Palette team, they share that same spark of discovery with the Queen City, transforming traditional techniques into an approachable, relaxing, and memorable experience for everyone.
Located in the heart of Charlotte at The Market at 7th Street, the studio invites guests of all skill levels to craft custom, marbled keepsakes, from silk scarves and bandanas to coasters, fans, and postcards. With expert artist guidance every step of the way, Culture Palette hosts public workshops, private celebrations, corporate team-building events, and brand activations for groups of any size. Whether you are looking for a unique date idea, a family outing, or a team celebration, it offers a vibrant new way to slow down, create, and connect through art.
