CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QC Life) - Natia S. Walker, Area Development Director for UNCF Charlotte, and Pamela Thomas, National Director of Special Events for UNCF, join QC Life to talk about the UNCF Walk for Education. The event brings families, friends and coworkers together to raise funds for UNCF’s five member institutions across North Carolina and help students access the resources they need to thrive.
The walk takes place Saturday, October 10, as Charlotte kicks off HBCU Homecoming season with a day of walking, running and fundraising. Registration is open, and participants can join a team or create one of their own to help UNCF and its HBCU partners prepare the next generation of professionals.
