CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QC Life) - WBTV Investigative Reporter David Hodges is looking into Flock cameras, how they’re used and who’s using them. He sits down to talk to QC Life host Jorge Andres about a Flock camera investigation at UNC Charlotte.
