CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QC Life) - Heather Hamilton is the bar manager and mixologist over at Haberdish, which is in Charlotte’s NoDa neighborhood.
She shared the recipe for one of their new winter cocktails. Keep in mind this is the recipe the restaurant uses, so make sure to adjust your proportions to what works for you!
Frosty’s Frozen Eggnog is rum and housemade eggnog blended and topped with coffee liqueur-infused whipped cream (contains dairy).
Frozen Eggnog - blended in a Collins glass
In a measuring cup:

6 oz. nog base
Top with cubed ice to the 14 oz. line
Blend for 25 seconds
Top with whip and grate nutmeg on top
Garnish with mint sprig and paper straw

Pre-mix - nog base:
8 oz. plantation rum
1 oz. Flarnum
16 oz. cream base mix
6 oz. store bought eggnog
Cream base
Sous vide at 145 degrees for 1 hour
11c heavy whipping cream
3c brown sugar
3c white sugar

1/2 tsp. vanilla paste
3 ceylon cinnamon sticks broken
1 tsp. ground nutmeg
10 whole cloves
Mix and strain - cool
