CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) - A community for artists and writers from around the Carolinas is coming this weekend.

This weekend, you can head to Camp North End to check out comics, illustrations and small prints at the Queen City Zine Fest!

Jennifer Garrison, the co-founder, and Barbara Rocas, a local artist explained more on QC@3.

Queen City Zine Fest is a twice-yearly event that hosts artists and writers from across the southeast, who work in zines, prints, comics, writing, and illustration.

This event will be at Goodyear Arts at Camp North End, on Saturday, Oct 29 from 11 am to 5 pm. It is free to the public and appropriate for all ages.
