Mariah’s Taco Spot opening NoDa storefront

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QC Life) - Mariah’s Taco Spot will soon be opening a storefront in NoDa.

Owner Mariah Brown operates a food truck and is using City Kitch to prepare the food.

She started her business in her apartment during COVID and left the corporate world to pursue her passion. She also has a line of spice blens.

Her taco offerings include:

Southwest chicken taco: shredded chicken, cheese, fresh pico de gallo, tortilla strips, black beans and chipotle ranch
Birria taco: slow cooked chuck tender, cheese, onions, and cilanto served with consomé
Oxtail taco: slow cooked marinated oxtail pulled off the bone, cheese, onions and cilantro
