CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QC Life) - Brian DuBois, the assistant general manager of Billy Sunday Charlotte and Spindle Bar at Optimist Hall, stopped by QC@3 to make refreshing mint cocktails.
DuBois made the Smash or Pass (Billy Sunday cocktail), which includes bourbon, blueberry, mint, lemon, and soda water. He also made the Wasted Day (Spindle Bar cocktail), which is made with tequila, cucumber, lime, mint, and soda water.
There are several upcoming events at Billy Sunday.
- Starting June 1, Billy Sunday will be offering six special cocktails (two at Billy Sunday, two at Spindle Bar, and two at Spindle Bar Airstream) in honor of Pride Month. $1 from each cocktail sold will be donated to The Plus Collective.
- Shaine Lane returns to Billy Sunday with his next comedy show on Thursday, June 27, starting at 7 p.m.
- Every Sunday, Billy Sunday is offering a discounted 1 oz pour of a secret whiskey, revealed only in person on Sundays until it’s gone from noon to 10 p.m.
