Celebrating National Rotisserie Chicken Day the Peruvian Way with VIVA Chicken

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QC Life) - National Rotisserie Chicken Day is Sunday but we’re getting started early.

If you want something a little different, VIVA Chicken, founded in Charlotte in 2013, specializes in Peruvian pollo a la brasa.

There are now 15 restaurants across the Carolinas and in Utah serving up traditional Peruvian dishes and street foods.
