CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QC Life) - If you enjoy brunch or Southern food, keep an eye out for a food truck that offers both.
Tiny Biscuit is a food truck that gives you Southern comfort foods with its brunch-inspired menu. For example, they offer biscuits such as their sea-bisque-it which is a cheddar herb biscuit topped with different sea foods like grilled salmon, crap and shrimp covered in Cajun cream sauce.
They will soon start offering summer salads such as a a house and Caesar salad as well as their Very Berry salad which has mixed greens, strawberries, cranberries and blueberries with feta and candied pecans.
If you’re feeling thirsty, they also have a beverage called Tinys Punch which is a fruit punch lemonade.
Chef and owner Danielle Phoenix joined the show to talk about the food truck, their story, the most popular items and more. She also makes the sea-bisque-it in our kitchen. To hear more and to see how it came out view the segment above.
