CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QC Life) - Dine out tonight and try some of these new additions to the Haberdish menu.
Haberdish is a mill town, Carolina-styled southern kitchen with a craft cocktail bar.
Vince Giancarlo, executive chef at Haberdish, joined our show and introduced us to some new items added to the menu. Today, he plated a particular favorite called the Miso Pork Belly. This plate includes Harmony Ridge pork, N.C. miso BBQ sauce, pickled veggies, and toasted benne.
Other new menu items:
- Champagne Tenders: brined, champagne battered and fried, served with your choice of house-made sauce
- Hot Honey Fried Oysters: chili honey, parmesan, herbs, lemon, Texas toast
These new items will be available Tuesday-Friday starting at 5 p.m. and Saturday-Sunday starting at 3 p.m.
