CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QC Life) - Take a bite out of Que Fresa’s new birria menu.
Chef Juan Romero, Que Fresa hospitality executive chef, and Chris Lambers, director of operations, joined our show to make birria chilaquiles, one of their new items on the Que Fresa menu.
Birria chilaquiles are made of braised beef, tortilla chips and birria consommé, Mexican cheese blend, Poblano cream, fried egg, onions and cilantro.
Other dishes on the new birria menu include birria rolls, birria taquitos, birria taco and birria ramen.
