CONCORD, N.C. (QC Life) - One restaurant in Cabarrus County is bringing well-received barbecue flavors to the table.
Johnny Roger’s BBQ & Burgers is a family-owned business that offers barbecue foods, burgers, hot dogs, and more. Their most popular burger, the G.O.A.T, was voted the best burger in Cabarrus County. It consists of a half pound of certified Angus beef, candied bacon, creamy goat cheese, hand-breaded onion frizzles, lettuce, tomato, and their house-made Smokehouse Aioli.
Their barbecue is cooked low and slow, and their pork is seasoned with their specialty seasoning called “Butt Rub” and their special sauce, which is a family secret recipe.
Johnny Roger’s BBQ & Burgers has two locations in Concord: one located on Pitts School Road and the other located at the Gibson Mill. The Gibson Mill location is walk-up only.
