CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QC Life) - Kick off Queen’s Feast, Charlotte Restaurant Week, by trying this exquisite dish.
Queen’s Feast will begin next Friday, July 19, and will run until July 28.
To celebrate, Chef Rogger Torres and Chef Jesse Szymanski from Drift on Lake Wylie joined our show to share what they will have on the menu next week.
Drift is a chef and chophouse inspired restaurant with a wraparound view of Lake Wylie, indoor and outdoor seating, and boat slips for those arriving off the water.
They will be serving a shrimp cocktail appetizer with citrus poached shrimp, spicy cocktail sauce and Carolina white sauce. And for the entrée, they have frutti di mare capellini, a squid ink pasta with scallops, shrimp and lobster tail.
