Head Chef Zack Renner and Langdon Roscoe, director of roasting and general manager, made avocado toast in the QC Kitchen.

Their avocado toast is both simple and sophisticated, making it a customer favorite.

Platform Coffee makes all of their meals and house-made coffee syrups from scratch. All coffee roasting is done in-house by Roscoe.

Inspired by a historic train station, Platform Coffee’s top priority is to connect the Charlotte community with good food and coffee.
