CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QC Life) - August is National Sandwich Month, and one South End restaurant is ready.
The Good Wurst’s Nich Hannan and Castro Eliezer demoed two of their signature sandwiches. They also talked about some of the other options they have available this month.
The Good Wurst offers a variety of meals and toppings, ranging from sandwiches to burgers to bratwurst and many other specialty items. They also have a lighter menu with chicken wraps, salads and soups.
The PLT sandwich includes a five-ounce house-smoked pastrami, lettuce, tomato, jalapeno mayo, served on Country White toast. The sausage egg and cheese sandwich includes a house-made brat, two fried eggs, and a slice American cheese, served on a Kaiser roll.
