Hole In One Pimento Cheese

  • 2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups shredded Colby cheese
  • 2 (4 ounce) jars diced pimento peppers, drained OR for a spicy pimento cheese: diced jalapeños
  • 1 cup jar mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together until blended well. You can use as a dip or make sandwiches. Have a little fun and top a few slices of bacon and pepper jelly.

It’s A Birdie Egg Salad

    • 6 large hard boiled eggs
    • ⅓ cup mayonnaise
    • 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
    • 2 teaspoons spicy brown mustard
    • 1 teaspoon sugar (don’t skip this)
    • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
    • OPTIONAL: a few dashes of hot sauce

Begin by adding diced hard boiled eggs to a mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Serve on your favorite bread, crackers, or even use as a dip for vegetables.
