CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QC Life) - When you think about sustainability and being environmentally friendly, the dinner table may not be where you think to start. But in reality, responsibly sourced ingredients can make a big difference long after your meal is done.

Paul Manley is the partner and President at Sea Level.

His restaurant has partnership with Crown Town Compost, to compost all oyster shells, including our house oysters.

Since launching this program in February, they’ve repurposed nearly 4,000 pounds of shells, contributing to a healthier, more sustainable coast.
