CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QC Life) - CLT Rollie started back in 2020 during the pandemic as a pop-up and delivery service. Today, they are a fully operational food truck making unique egg rolls.
Some of their more creative flavors include: Steak & cheese, salmon Wellington, shrimp curry, mac & cheese, and jerk chicken. They even have dessert rolls like apple pie, peach cobbler, and a fall favorite, pumpkin spice.
