MONROE, N.C. (QC Life) - Sometimes you need to get out of the city and take a quick trip to the country.
That’s what Julia DeMaury had in mind when she opened The Packing House.
It’s a small general store, bakery counter and coffee bar. Sausage balls are one of their most popular items from their bakery. Usually they are a holiday treat, but they serve them year-round.
They have the same mentality for their coffee menu. You can get your favorite coffee flavors like pumpkin spice or peppermint mocha anytime.
The Packing House is open Wednesday through Saturday.
