CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QC Life) - You had me at fried cornbread croutons, but Lewis Donald has a lot more in his panzanella salad.
The dish is part of the Duke’s Mayo Hot Tomato Summer competition.
The salad features smoked turkey, tomatoes from Small City Farm and of course Duke’s in the Goddess Dressing.
The special salad will be on the menu through July 27.
