CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QC Life) - While Charlotte Craft Beer Week celebrates the Queen City’s craft brewing scene from Oct. 17-26, Divine Barrel Brewing is making sure non-drinkers don’t miss out on the fun. The brewery has started crafting in-house sodas as non-alcoholic alternatives for taproom guests, featuring creative flavors like Apple Rose soda called “Dreamers in the Light” and Cotton Candy soda named “Memory Candy.” Divine Barrel has also experimented with unique options including Lavender soda “Moon in the Fog” and Green Bell Pepper soda “Ring My Bell,” pushing the boundaries of their “unusually lovely” brand.
These craft sodas are currently available only at the Divine Barrel taproom and serve as foundations for their mixed drinks program. With more than 70 participating breweries hosting over 200 events across the region during Charlotte Craft Beer Week, Divine Barrel’s innovative non-alcoholic offerings provide an inclusive option for all guests to enjoy the celebration.
