Chef Sylvain Rivet and his daughter Jessica Rivet are serving up classic French elegance at Renaissance Patisserie.

In celebration of National Pastry Day (and the holiday season), they’ll demo a croquembouche — the traditional French tower of cream-filled profiteroles glued with caramel, often used as a wedding cake or to mark big life milestones.

Every cake and pastry has a story, crafted with care and a nod to French tradition, making each treat feel extra special for gifting or entertaining.

You can order holiday desserts online at renaissancepatisserie.com, call ahead for day-of orders, or stop by their specialty shops in SouthPark to pick up something sweet.
