Zamindar’s Clubhouse is reimagining Indian flavors

Zamindar’s Clubhouse is reimagining Indian flavors The recently opened South End restaurant, Zamindar’s Clubhouse, is putting a modern twist on Indian cuisine with their signature baked Lahsooni Oysters.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QC Life) - Zamindar’s Clubhouse is bringing a bold, modern approach to Indian dining, led by Executive Chef and Co-Founder Vamshi Krishna Adi. Drawing on his rich culinary background, Chef Vamshi’s vision is to take exceptional global ingredients and interpret them through the soul of traditional Indian cuisine.

At Zamindar’s Clubhouse, guests can expect a dining experience with creative dishes that push culinary boundaries while remaining warmly familiar. A prime example of this philosophy is the restaurant’s signature Lahsooni Oysters. While oysters are a celebrated global delicacy, they are rarely seen on traditional Indian menus.

To make them approachable and nostalgic, Chef Vamshi spent months perfecting a warm, baked preparation. Each oyster is baked with a rich blend of garlic butter, chili, and cheese, then topped with crisp semolina (suji) rusk crumbs before being baked to a perfect golden brown.
