Rooted in traditional family recipes and seasonal local produce, he shares his signature Sweet Corn and Buttermilk Soup - a simple, comforting dish that balances natural sweetness with a rich, tangy finish.
Victuals Supper Club is hosted on select Saturdays at The Esquire Hotel in Gastonia. The dinner series pairs locally sourced ingredients with Appalachian heritage cooking and childhood family stories. Tickets are $100 and include 6 to 8 courses with pairings.
