CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QC Life) - Award-winning and James Beard-nominated Chef Sam Diminich joins QC Life to bring good vibes, great food, and plenty of flavor to the kitchen. Chef Sam is the owner and executive chef of Your Farms Your Table Group, which includes Restaurant Constance, Grey’s Diner & Community Kitchen, and Your Farms Your Table Catering & Events.
Chef Sam showcases his Early Autumn Dumpling Bowl, crafted with prawns, Isaac’s eggplant, sunchoke, preserved heirloom tomato, and cippolini dashi. This seasonal dish will be featured at this year’s Chefs Against Cancer, marking Chef Sam’s fifth year with the event after supporting the local cancer community since the very beginning.
