CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QC Life) - Uchi is an elevated Japanese concept that started in Austin, Texas and now calls Plaza Midwood in Charlotte home. The restaurant specializes in chef’s tasting menus perfect for anniversaries and intimate dinners. They also have a more casual upstairs bar called Uchiba, with special bar bites.
