CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QC Life) - Menus across town are embracing the fall season. Jean-Louis Berthet, Executive Culinary Director at maman, joins QC Life to share new fall menu items including Martha Stewart’s chicken salad club with spiced cranberry chutney.
New seasonal sips include maman’s signature pumpkin pie latte, maple french toast latte, glazed apple fritter iced matcha latte with apple cider cinnamon cloud, and iced turmeric & honey gingerade.
Seasonal pastries include the chocolate & brown butter buttercream croissant bar, pumpkin pie croissant cube, blueberry lavender muffin, and quiche ella.
The Martha Stewart menu features her salted caramel chocolate chip cookie, apple cider donut cake, caramel cheesecake sugar bun, chicken salad club with spiced cranberry chutney, and creamy tomato soup & three-cheese grilled cheese. maman, meaning “mother” in French, is inspired by founders Benjamin Sormonte and Elisa Marshall’s childhood memories and family recipes, served in a warm, artful setting. maman has three Charlotte locations: Plaza Midwood, South End, and Eastover.
