He joins the QC Kitchen to share two seasonal dishes: Winter Burrata Salad with butter lettuce, red apple, pear, pomegranate and maple mustard vinaigrette, and Miso-Maple Chicken with Yukon Gold potato purée, roasted wild mushrooms, miso-maple jus and crispy garlic.
