Cajun Chicken Pasta
Ingredients
- 2 boneless chicken breasts, cut in thin strips
- 2 tsp. Cajun seasoning (Tony Chachere’s)
- 2 tbsp. butter or olive oil
- 8 slices each of green and sweet red pepper
- 4 large mushrooms, sliced
- 1 green onion, sliced
- 1 to 2 cups heavy cream
- 4 oz. cooked linguine or any noodle you prefer
- grated parmesan cheese, optional
Steps
Place chicken and Cajun seasoning in a bowl or bag and coat generously.
Sauté chicken in butter/olive oil over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.

Add peppers, mushrooms and onion and cook 2-3 minutes.
Reduce heat, add cream and heat through. Add linguine and toss.
Top with parmesan cheese if you prefer.
