CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QC Life) - A local brewery just took home a big national award with Brewbound’s 2021 Rising Star Award.
Sycamore Brewing was the only spot in the Carolinas that was named a rising star.
They were recognized on December 1 at Brewbound’s annual business conference in Santa Monica, California as the winner of the 2021 Rising Star award. Sycamore Brewing has been producing award-winning craft liquids since 2013 and is owned and operated by husband-and-wife team, Justin and Sarah Brigham. Sycamore has grown and expanded at whirlwind speed since opening its doors and has consequently quadrupled its total beer production since 2018.
Sycamore has a variety of craft beers, including two that were brought to the QC @ 3 studio, Mountain Candy IPA and Southern Girl Blonde.
