Ingredients:
1 28-ounce can whole San Marzano tomatoes
1 tablespoon virgin olive oil
Chopped fresh garlic
Fresh ground black pepper

Sea salt
Method:
Place tomatoes in a large bowl. With clean hands, crush the tomatoes to your preferred texture for a pizza sauce. Crushing the tomatoes yourself will give you a better result than purchasing pre-crushed tomatoes.
Add one tablespoon olive oil, plus salt and pepper to your taste. Add fresh garlic to taste, from one to three cloves.
Refrigerate the sauce overnight to allow the flavors to blend. Spread thickly on pizza dough and top with your favorite toppings.
