CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QC Life) - Some big news this week in the Charlotte restaurant scene.
Chef Sam Diminich is opening a new restaurant here in west Charlotte. It’s called Restaurant Constance, named for his daughter, and will be in The City Kitch on Thrift Road.
He also stopped by the QC Kitchen to make lobster dumplings, which are part of the weekly Your Farm Your Table menu.
