CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QC Life) - Whether it’s grilling on the barbeque or picnicking, summer has plenty of unique ways to enjoy a meal. But with these seasonal cooking methods comes a unique risk of unsanitary food.

Hopefully, some of Brizes’ advice can come in handy when you head to the beach or cook outside the next few months!
