CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QC Life) - A local restaurant owner is pushing other establishments to reconsider serving alcohol as part of the fine-dining experience.
Sam Diminich, chef and owner of Restaurant Constance, has been sober since 2014 and noticed a void in restaurants providing quality non-alcoholic beverages.
He used that to create his own non-alcoholic menu, complete with food pairings to enhance his restaurant’s meals. It will be featured at the Restaurant Constance anniversary pop-up on Sunday, Jan. 28. Tickets are $240 for seven courses and a non-alcoholic drink or wine pairing.
While he stopped by and chatted about his new drink menu, he also made lobster and shrimp dumplings.
