CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QC Life) - On the occasion of National Pie Day on Jan. 23 and National Peanut Butter Day the day after, Reising joined us for the show to celebrate these two events and share with us the recipe to one of her signature pies.
For the filling she used peanut butter, heavy cream, cream cheese and powdered sugar while the frosting contains ingredients such as chocolate ganache, whip topping and Reese crumble.
