CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QC Life) - Who wants pancakes?!
Daven and Marquita Carter with Blanket Pancakes and Syrup came by the QC Kitchen to show us how to make a quick hot breakfast, using their pancake mix.
With more than 3,000 stores currently selling their products, Blanket Pancakes and Syrup’s own pancake mix is very popular because it facilitates simple and fast cooking.
The Carters walked us through making their pancake sandwiches:
- Add water to the pancake mix
- Prepare cheese, sausage, eggs or other ingredients you’d like to add to your sandwich
- Wrap the sandwich in wax paper and put it in the freezer to keep it fresh
