Chef Lisa Brooks of Heart and Soul Personal Chef Service came by the QC Kitchen to whip up some sour cream and raisin pie.
She also shared the recipe with us so you can make it yourself.
The recipe is below.
Sour cream and raisin pie

Ingredients:
1 ¼ cup sour cream
¾ cup raisins
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
¼ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 unbaked pastry pie shell
1/2 cup walnut

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
In a medium bowl, combine the sour cream, raisins, cinnamon, nutmeg, cornstarch, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Mix well.
Pour the mixture into an unbaked pie shell and sprinkle the walnuts on top.
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until the filling is set. Cool before serving.
