CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QC Life) - Charlotte Wine + Food Week is returning for the 36th year.
The event, presented by Truist, takes place from April 26 through April 21.
Lauren Deese, Executive Director of Charlotte Wine + Food Week and Andres Kaifer, Owner and Chef of CustomShop, came by to talk about what will be offered this year.
CustomShop will host vintner dinners and feature a 2016 Bordeaux. Most of these dinners will be closing ticket sales by the end of the weekend.

A handful of events are sold out already, but there are 17 events total planned across six days.
The Collectors Gala & Live Auction will also be closing ticket sales at that time.
The Grand Tasting will take place from 6:30-9:30 p.m. Saturday at The Union at Station West, 919 Berryhill Road, suite 105, Charlotte.
That will feature a selection of 100 curated wines from around the world, food, live music and online auction items for preview.
