CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QC Life) - An anchor vendor at the Camp North End Farmer’s Market is putting color and beauty on dishes across the Queen City.
Mouna Bowa Farms’ flowers are edible and are on many plates and drinks around town.
The urban farm prides itself on being zero-waste, and uses all parts of the flowers to make products.
The QC Life team went out to their greenhouse to learn more.
