CONCORD, N.C. (QC Life) - The NHRA 4-Wide Nationals are coming to zMAX Dragway in Concord this weekend, and some delicious food is following the dragsters to the strip.
Chefs James Pierson and Robert Nichols came into the QC Kitchen to give a taste test of the “4-Wide” brisket tacos that will be available to fans at the dragway.
All made with burnt-end beef brisket in flour tortillas, each of the four tacos has different sauces and toppings.
Fans can try the tacos all three days of the high-octane competition, Friday-Sunday.
