CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QC Life) - Thursday is National BBQ Day, and that’s a day as fitting as any in North Carolina.
To help celebrate, Charles Long, culinary director at Mac’s Speed Shop, made a delicious hickory-smoked pulled pork sandwich and cucumber tomato salad.
He talked about how things to remember when making barbeque at home, including how to choose wood or charcoal for smoking.
