PEACHLAND, N.C. (QC Life) - A popular Anson County barbeque joint is gear up for its second annual jubilee next month.

Jon Garren Kirkman of Jon G’s BBQ joined the show to talk about the jubilee coming up on June 22, and also to make white brisket.

The white brisket is pork belly cooked like brisket and is easy to make at home.

Money from the jubilee will go to support the Anson County Partnership for Children.
