Yafo Kitchen is a Middle Eastern and Mediterranean restaurant that has a street food concept. With the first Yafo opening in 2016, the kitchen offers authentic foods and juices, and their menu includes plenty of options including vegetarian and vegan-friendly choices, hormone-free selections and more.
One of their popular menu items is their Greek Yogurt Mac and Cheese, which was made in the QC Kitchen by Chef Shai Fargian, who was accompanied by one of his daughters. To see how it was made, view the segment above.
This mac and cheese is one of the side options for Yafo Kitchen’s family meal. The family meal, which can feed three to four people, allows people to choose between rotisserie chicken, SpanikoPita, falafel, Greek chicken, Shawarma chicken, salmon for an additional $10 or steak kabobs for an additional $22. The meal also comes with two sides, one Greek salad, rice and hummus.
