CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QC Life) - A special guest joined us in the QC Kitchen to make a delicious air-fried falafel.
Alex Soufi, owner of Kabab2Go in Uptown’s Monarch Market, served the falafel with fava beans and spices, and shared the full recipe for the restaurant’s tabbouleh, which can be found below.
Ingredients:
- 4 cups of chopped parsley
- 2 cups of diced tomato
- 1 cup of diced onion
- Little bit of chopped mint
- 4 oz of lemon juice
- 2 oz of olive oil
- 1 small spoon of salt
- 2 small spoons of bulgur “broken wheat”
