CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QC Life) - The Queen City is full of taco shops, and one of the more popular ones is Condado Tacos.
The restaurant’s Amadou Fall joined the show to talk about one of their most popular side dishes – Mexican street corn, which pairs perfectly with tacos, bowls or other sides.
While Amadou was with us, we got a taste test plus Condado’s recipe, which can be found below.
Ingredients:
- 10 oz fire-roasted corn
- 1 oz cilantro-lime aioli
- 1 oz cotija cheese
- ½ tsp tajin
- Pinch of cilantro
- Garnished with a lime wedge
