Resident Culture South End and Chop Chop Red Pot are partnering to hold a special dinner event Tuesday, July 30 at 6 p.m.
Owner and executive chef at Chop Chop Red Pot, Erick Crawford, joined our show and made one of the dishes that will be on the menu for this event: a top sirloin pastrami croquette and scallops with cream corn salsa. They also showed another item that will be available, which is a chili crisp shrimp and Bloody Mary cocktail sauce.
Other items that will be on the menu include:
- Oysters in two ways: raw and charbroiled east coast oysters
- Summer salad with arugula, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, goat cheese and lemon vinaigrette
- Top sirloin pastrami croquette and scallops with cream corn salsa
- Smoked chicken leg quarter and confit with garlic mashed potatoes
- Summer fruit crumble with fresh mint
Tickets for the dinner are $120 plus tax and gratuity. There will be communal seating for a limited amount of guests along with a curated cocktail and beer menu to pair with dinner. Tickets can be purchased from Resident Culture South End’s website.
