WAXHAW, N.C. (QC Life) - For one couple, it all started with a love of baking.
Lauren and Ben Kallenbach first met while working together in Georgia, and after living and working overseas, they now live in Waxhaw and are sharing their love of pastries with the community.
The owners of Virtuoso Breadworks just off Main Street, the Kallenbachs are serving up everything from bread to pastries to coffee, cinnamon rolls and more.
The QC Life team took a trip to their bakery to learn more about their story.
