CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QC Life) - Tuesday is National Peach Day in the United States, and we celebrated in a sweet way.

Chefs Sylvain Rivet and Alana Bankston of Renaissance Patisserie came into the QC Kitchen to make a delicious peach brioche.

The pastry is made with a peach compote insert, which is made to look like a real peach.
