CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QC Life) - International Bacon Day happened this past weekend, but we celebrated with a local chef.
Chef Vince Giancarlo, executive chef at Haberdish, talked about and made a unique dish – PB&J bacon plate.
The dish is made with thick-cut bacon, maple peanut butter, pepper jelly and a couple other ingredients.
